Welcome to Evine Fever (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our event ticketing and management platform, which facilitates global ticket sales and product transactions, including dropshipping, direct selling, and print-on-demand (POD). By using our platform, all vendors, customers, affiliates, and partners agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Platform Usage

• Vendors & Partners: Authorized to list, manage, and sell event tickets and related products in compliance with applicable laws. Vendors are responsible for pricing, delivery, and customer service.
• Customers: Agree to use the platform for legitimate purchases and acknowledge that event availability, pricing, and refunds are subject to vendor policies.
• Affiliates: May promote events and products through referral programs, earning commissions based on agreed terms.

2. Payments & Fees

• Transactions are processed securely through approved payment gateways.
• Evine Fever charges a commission or service fee for ticket sales and product transactions, as outlined in vendor agreements.
• Affiliates receive commissions as per the defined payout structure.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes

• Event tickets are subject to vendor-specific refund and cancellation policies. Evine Fever is not liable for event cancellations or rescheduling by organizers.
• Product orders (dropshipping, POD, and direct selling) follow the refund and return policies outlined by vendors and third-party suppliers.
• Disputes must be raised via sales@evinefever.com within the specified resolution period.

4. Vendor & Affiliate Responsibilities

• Vendors and affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, data privacy (GDPR, IT Act 2000), and intellectual property rights.
• Misrepresentation, fraudulent activities, or non-compliance may lead to account suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

• All platform content, trademarks, and branding remain the property of Evine Fever. Users may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
• Vendors retain ownership of their event listings and product descriptions but grant Evine Fever a non-exclusive right to display and promote their listings.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Users must not misuse or share confidential information obtained through the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Evine Fever is a facilitator and not the direct seller of tickets or products. We are not responsible for event cancellations, third-party service failures, or financial losses arising from user transactions.

8. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Users may terminate accounts by written request to sales@evinefever.com.
